Return & Refund Policy

Auragen Research wants every order to arrive correctly and in acceptable condition. Because our products are supplied for controlled laboratory research, returns are accepted only when the eligibility and handling requirements below are met.

Return request window

Contact us within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery. The item must remain unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and have every tamper-evident seal intact. Valid proof of purchase is required.

Eligible return conditions

  • The item is unopened, unused, and resalable.
  • Original labels, packaging, and seals are complete.
  • The product was purchased directly from this website.
  • The approved return is shipped within 7 days of authorization.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened, used, altered, or improperly stored products.
  • Items with a removed or broken tamper-evident seal.
  • Custom, special-order, clearance, or final-sale items.
  • Products damaged after delivery through handling or storage.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Report an issue within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the shipping package, product label, and visible issue. After review, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

How to request a return

  1. Open the Contact Us page and submit an order-support request.
  2. Provide your order number, the item name, the reason for the request, and supporting photos when relevant.
  3. Wait for written approval and return instructions before sending anything back.
  4. Use trackable shipping and keep your tracking receipt until the return is completed.

Do not return a parcel without authorization. Unapproved returns may be refused or delayed.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.

Refund timing

Approved returns are normally inspected within 3–5 business days after arrival. The refund is then sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post it.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing, packing, or shipping has started. Dispatched orders must follow the return process above.
