Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We understand that exceptional issues can arise, and this policy explains how approved return or refund requests are handled.

Returns or refunds are reviewed only for eligible exceptional circumstances. Approval is not automatic, and every return requires prior authorization from Auragen Research LLC.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@auragenresearch.shop within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description.
After reviewing the information, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund, including shipping, as applicable to the approved claim.
Return Eligibility
To be considered for an exceptional return, products must meet all applicable eligibility requirements. Approval and a valid RMA number are required before shipment.
- Unused and unopened
- Factory seal remains intact
- Original packaging is complete
- Prior approval and RMA number obtained
Return Procedure
Follow these steps to request an authorized return:
Refunds
If applicable, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the authorized return. Auragen Research LLC is not responsible for additional posting delays caused by banks or payment providers.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products or returns are not eligible:
- Opened peptide vials or kits
- Temperature-sensitive products
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Products returned without authorization
